I can't login on my old account and I dont know where to contact the desireScan team

So I can't login in my old account called “ShiGuang“ I used the correct password and Gmail in the login section but it still says “gmail or password is incorrect“ and I dont think im wrong because I wrote everything in my notes and double triple check it was the same at the time I was making that account.

Idk where I can contact the desireScan team so they could help me get back my old account but its fine since it was not that old. Sorry if Im misusing this i just don't know where to contact them
