I NEEDDD manwha with very sad endings or something that will make me cry

I don’t think I’ve read anything with a tragic or sad ending per se, but I can recommend some BL stories that made me cry and are on the heavier/sadder side:

- The Edge of Ambiguity (this one might honestly be the closest to a tragic ending, but it’s still ongoing; I just think its gonna end kinda tragically).

- Macguffin.

- Pieces of a Boy.

- For My Weirdo.

- Flip Turn (I absolutely love this story. I cried a few times reading it).

- Healer.

- Lost in the Cloud.

Sorry for the long list, lol 😅. There’s a lot of variety here, so I hope you check them out and enjoy something. Again though, I think most of these stories have a decent or “happy” ending, so I know it’s not exactly what you asked for, but for me at least, I found all these very sad and heavy.

The manga *The Summer Hikaru Died* (which has an anime adaptation) follows Yoshiki and Hikaru, two high school students living in a small village in rural Japan. Despite having opposite personalities and different hobbies, the two have maintained a close friendship since childhood. However, their relationship begins to change after Hikaru disappears in the mountains for a week. Although Yoshiki suspects that the Hikaru he knows now is not the same person as before—despite retaining the same appearance—he decides to stay by his side, even as strange events begin to unfold around them.
