Synopsis
The protagonist is Hong Il-tak, a boy who, back in middle school, was a feared bully and the leader of a gang. However, upon reaching high school, genetics plays a cruel trick on him: while all his peers go through puberty—gaining height and muscle—he skips the process entirely. Il-tak remains small and short, with features so delicate and soft that he could almost be mistaken for a girl.
Because of his fragile appearance, Il-tak instantly plummets to the very bottom of the school’s ruthless social hierarchy, becoming a daily target for bullies and harassment at the hands of other delinquents.
In a desperate attempt to protect himself and reclaim his former status as a leader, Il-tak devises a plan: he decides that, at any cost, he will get close to and befriend Lee Hyun-woo—the strongest, most feared, and most influential second-year student in the entire school.
