Showing unavailable chapters

I’m not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but since I added Degenerate to my library, it has showed that more chapters are available than what is actually there. For example it says two new chapters are available for me to read, but I’m completely caught up with it. If I click on the series and scroll down to the most recently uploaded, it shows that I’m all caught up. I don’t know why it’s glitching like that in my library. Does anyone know how to fix it?
