skipping smut..

Nah I get you, after reading smut for a while, you just kinda become indifferent towards it.

If I read a series for plot, I can completely understand your frustration when it comes to smut. I mean… for example, waiting 3 weeks just to find out if a character died or not? Horror.

I do like smut though when I read slowburn for example. There’s tension and smut can amplify this tension. Though even then, too much smut is just… ehhhhh…

Now the only case where I read tons of smut is at 3am when my brain is too loud and a smutty Manhwa just makes everything go fuzzy and similar to static.

Anyway, what I want to say is, being a bl fan doesn’t mean you need to like smut. I myself have preferences when it comes to it and after reading it for a while you can even find it annoying.

I personally look for both, but I also read if there's only one (I don’t care which is it)

I kind of get what you mean. I think most of the heavy smut ones I've read have all been either completed or alot of chapters released so I've never had to wait. But the thought of waiting in-between sex scenes and the story not progressing for 3 weeks would annoy me too …for example passion, poor Taeui it's been weeks!

To be honest I love reading bl for the smut as well but there are some Manhwa where the sex is just there no emotions like you can't picture yourself in such a scenario and it just feels empty so I skip those ones
