Whats the most persistant, annoying, wierd ass disease yall have ever had??

Not to foul the mood, but im currently sick, and like whenever i stand up, i get dizzy, my head feels like it gonna burst, mah throat turns into a 24/7 fcking clogged sewer pipe, i have a fever, and just feel like nuking a country in general. pls tell me im not the only unlucky person here
