Where does the food actually go?! 🍜🥢

I gain weight even when I drink water so I admire them 🥲

Well, I don’t actually have anyone in particular in mind, as there are quite a few people who spring to mind. But I suppose, in a way, the answer is nowhere in particular.

There are quite a few reasons why some people find it harder to gain weight. For instance, some people may absorb nutrients differently, while others may simply have a naturally higher metabolism, a smaller appetite, or differences in the way their bodies use energy.

Personally, though, I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a good thing in itself. I mean, if someone genuinely isn’t absorbing enough nutrients from their food, that could obviously be a concern. The body needs a wide range of nutrients to grow, develop and stay healthy — not just calcium and other minerals, but also protein, vitamins, fats, carbohydrates and various other nutrients. If someone has a significant or prolonged problem with absorbing nutrients, it can potentially lead to a number of health problems.

That said, if we put the scientific side of things to one side for a moment and simply focus on the fact that someone doesn’t gain weight very easily, then I suppose you could say that, in itself, it sounds like a good thing.
