Why crazy age gaps and step-brothers are so normalized?

Step bros is kinda crazy, but age gaps is pretty common even irl. Ive seen real life couples with 20 year age gaps. I think as long as they get together when they're both legally of age I see no problem with it, and usually in stories like that, the older one is always the one to make the mature decision to not want to be with them. Its always the younger one who pushes for the relationship. It shows that the older one is not some creep, they also don't think an age gap will work out, but the younger one is so in love that they dont care. This is ALSO something that happens irl. The younger one tends to be the one to push for the relationship, while the older one is not a creep and makes the mature decision to try and get them to stop while also avoiding them. This just causes the younger one to make the immature decisions to keep following them. Also usually the younger one is a top.

If they want step brothers to be lovers at least they shouldn't grow up like siblings 😓 because hell nah it’s really disturbing 🙏🏻🙏🏻
