Yeah block that creep like a bad habit. It may start innocent but that can escalate very quickly into something uncomfortable. Like asking for sensitive info or pics. Unless you’re using a proxy or vpn you can be tracked through IP address pretty easily. He might not even be 19 he could just be a predator.

I'm not a girl, but as a guy, I'd say it's important to set clear boundaries, especially when you stumble upon these kind of creeps. If a person starts acting like you're dating or expressing affection that feels romantic, its better to block them or do not engage with them anymore if they are acting like a creep or doing that all of sudden, cut off a potential threat of a future assault or grooming because when i read the comments it turned out he’s trying to groom you, do not let yourself being taken advantage by these weirdos, this is coming from dude like me because i’m not better than anyone, Stay safe girls..
