When young artist Hill retreats to a quiet forest community in search of inspiration, he doesn’t realize that the territory is inhabited by animal spirits who can take human form. Nor does he expect to encounter a little deer who takes an immediate interest in him. What begins as an innocent meeting soon becomes a strange, relentless attachment as the deer follows Hill everywhere. But Hill soon discovers that his adorable admirer is far more possessive and persistent than he appears… and has already decided that Hill will be his husband.
