Contract killer Lee Jagyeong’s gun never misses, piercing the heart with flawless precision. It does not matter how bad the target is. He takes the job, kills the mark, gets paid, and that is the end of it. The only things he believes in are his own skills and money.

Then one day, a sudden high paying request comes in from a regular client. Five million dollars, with a single condition: Kill Kang Ilhyeon and retrieve one item from his safe.

The target is the son of Korea’s crime syndicate kingpin.
Kang Ilhyeon is a man with sharp, serpentine eyes.
Standing inside a trap Ilhyeon has laid out, Jagyeong finds himself slowly being cornered, the noose tightening around his neck.

*“I heard a very interesting story while I was on a business trip to Hong Kong.”
“……”
“Aren’t you curious what that interesting story is?”
“Someone’s trying to kill me. In my own house, no less.”
“Explain it. I’ll decide whether to believe you after I hear it.”*

Will Jagyeong succeed in killing Kang Ilhyeon and completing the job, or will he meet a pointless death himself?

A battle between men who would not be surprising to see dead at any moment has begun.
